When customers purchase or rent a graduation gown from the shop, they will receive a blue reservation card after paying the deposit. This card is required on the pick-up day. If the card is lost and there is no photo proof for gown collection, a fine of 100 THB will be charged in all cases.

On the return day, if the blue reservation card does not have the deposit amount recorded in the security deposit section, the shop reserves the right to refuse the return.

Customers who rent or rent-to-own a gown must return it within 15 days after the graduation ceremony. A late return will result in a 100 THB fine for every 15-day delay.

Customers who rent or rent-to-own a gown for photoshoots must return it within 15 days after the usage date. A late return will also incur a 100 THB fine for every 15-day delay.

For gown rentals or rent-to-own services, a security deposit must be paid upon pick-up:

For all rented or rent-to-own gowns, washing or exposing the gown to water is strictly prohibited. Damage caused by washing is irreversible.

Customers must return all rented items in complete and undamaged condition including: Graduation gown, Suit, White attire, Cap, Tassel, Hood, Gown cover, Suit cover, Suit hanger, and other related items. If any items are missing, torn, broken, scratched, or damaged, the customer must pay a fine based on the item’s value. The fines are as follows:

Modifying the gown or suit in any way is strictly prohibited. If any alterations are detected, the shop will not accept the return under any circumstances.

If the gown or suit is returned via a delivery service, the return date will be counted as the date the package arrives at the shop, not the date it was sent.

For returns via delivery service, customers can request a refund of the security deposit within 2 months after the gown arrives at the shop. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
